In our quest to vertically integrate, we have installed a stitching facility. To meet our customer's quality standards we have computerized stitching machines for makking curtains, bed-sets, sofa covers, duvet covers and cushions. Using dyed and printed fabrics, our customers have a wide range of designs to choose from including 8 color printing. A variety of lined, un-lined and loop curtains with tie-backs are made as well.

Both fitted and flat bedsheets are produced according to standard European and American sizes. Quality checks pertaining to furnishing fabrics are monitored like crocking, abrasion, pilling and seam slippage. We have also installed fully computerized quilting machines by Gribitz capable of making upto 360 degree designs using chain or lock stitch. Quilts are manufactured using polyester waddings with polyurethane foam.
